I asked Jaheira to join my party and she joined as a non-permanent character attached to my Tav. We battle the orc lieutenant in the big battle before Ketheric, and after multiple tries I finally win with Jaheira alive too (all my Harper's died though). I am pretty beat up after this fight so I walk out of the towers and head to camp to long rest.
She died in the Lorroakan fight in my playthrough, and got right back up when the battle was over. She is immortal, after all - that's how Ketheric Thorm was able to gain invincibility by redirecting harm from himself to her.
