UNP is compatible with vanilla bodies so if you find an armor mod that is for vanilla, UNP will work with it, and vice versa. I'm told CBBE uses a different UV map or something like that, so it'll take a bit more work to get it to look good, but only for armors that show some skin especially around the arms and legs and whatnot.

CBBE gives you versatility you can make your CBBE look like 7base or UNP or TBD or whatever but IMHO its textures are better and on SE CBBE is better supported. I installed the "CBBE" mod and the "Bodyslide and Outfit studio" mod's , and I am making sure the mods with UNP in their name won't cause problems. Apr 19, 2018 · I personally found UNP to be more natural looking, and I liked the skin options for UNP. But again it's a matter of preference.. there are UNP body replacers that are more well endowed, and some cartoonishly so. I use CBBE for the practical reason: Most mod armors are built for or have compatibility with CBBE. UNP has a far better look to the bellybutton/tummy area than CBBE. Also, the texture and definition of UNP's tummy area is better with a prettier bellybutton as opposed to CBBE's "dark vertical hole". Leg seams with UNP are also much reduced. I started with CBBE and used it for a while but ended up switching to UNP which I felt looked more realistic and less exaggerated. Weight slider for UNP seems to be about an A to C cup where CBBE seems like it starts at C. Bodies just look better overall with UNP in my opinion. Depends on the char, what clothes etc. I gues fully naked Cbbe looks a little better, especially with bodyslide and it's many options. I never disable underwear myselve though ,so Unp or Unpb is fine. Theres always CBB animations on Unpb if you still want butt/breasts physics or ...I use CBBE 3BA. But it shouldn't matter. The only real issue with bodies are outfits not playing nice with Bodyslides of the other body type. You can wear UNP outfits, but you will get some clipping issues. Alternatively, there's also new UBE bodies. UBE basically features a working anus, if for whatever reason you like THOSE kinds of mods.
