ABS, Eye Sight, Hill Decent, automatic braking, lane warning, and a few I wasn't familiar with. Shut car off, but lamps came on again on restart. The RABodf will not cause the no start. The cells in the battery are most likely weak. There are many issues with the Subaru batteries failing very prematurely. I would try jumping the vehicle from another car and see if it starts. Ask Your Own Subaru Question.

Thanks everyone for the advice! Be sure to clean off all of the sensors and camera lenses. Sometimes when there is a salt layer it messes up the sensors. Just a damp paper towel to each area.
