Once the season ends and your in off season staff go right into the staff menu and fired your OC and hire someone else right away. The OC section will be full of fired coordinators the computer isn't interested in and you can complete the off season and go into the next year without being stuck in the no OC to hire glitch. I also only play offline franchise. My file corrupts around 2027-2030. I get a bluescreen crash either after a game, checking coaching positions/skill trees, or editing a player. Then I load the game back up and the file is stuck in an infinite load loop.
