My M Saiyan has 0 health, 42 Ki, 42 Stamina, 125 Basic, 83 Ki Blast & 83 Strike. With a 6*qqb with +5 +5 +5 +3 +2 +2 I find the difference between putting 83 or 125 points in Blast or Strike to be minimal personally. For QQB parameters +1 it will be the equivalent to adding 10 points in said damage category.
The best part is that you have no conditions however - no ki drain, no super soul drawback (like Fu's needing you to be over 75% HP). Just you, your basic strikes and punches, and strong ki blast damage. If you just stand back and blast, SV2 is better.
