In PvE their defenses are one of the best though. You can use your DCDs much more freely and have more downtime to get cooldowns back. Reflect is nuts, AoE DR is nuts, you just take almost no damage in PvE when you use those correctly. Operative can get pretty tanky if sacrificing DPS.
