When I try to play titles they will initially start, freeze and then kick me out of the whole app. I have checked the internet connection and speed and both are great. I have cleared the cache. Dear John the problem is not with “playback” if you had followed the thread you would know that the problem is Roku returning you to the Home Screen randomly while you are trying to enjoy the service you paid your hard earned money for. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again. We also suggest doing the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
