Doti_xD 11 years ago #2. No Persona comes with the innate skill, but three Personas do end up learning it: Hitokoto-Nushi at Lv.47. Susaku at Lv.60. Norn at Lv.74. I used that "Igor's index" program to check, not the actual game, as my TV is on the fritz.. So I'm not sure if this is entirely accurate. But I do remember Norn learning it for sure.
