Chrysler 200 heat not working.

Hello, I am really frustrated with my entertainment/touch screen controls. For about a year, it will sometimes respond and most often not. I have better luck in the summer sometimes. Tonite the heated seats that come on automatically @ 45 degrees or so didn't come on.
