My quick take: yes CEMU is more mature but it also happens to just run better on the deck compared to YUZU. Maybe YUZU developments will close the gap but who knows.

Capping to 30fps is the way to do it, but you should be very impressed a stable 30fps is possible considering you're emulating it.
