Snipping Tool inoperable as screen goes black. I have used Snipping Tool for years but now I find that the screen goes black as soon as I activate "New" and I cannot see the area I want to save. As I use this many times in the day it is a big challenge for me - appreciate some help. Thanks. This thread is locked.
