I just beat Malenia as a dex/arcane build at 150, and I had a hell of a time beating her. Took me a few nights. I tried a million different strategies with her. Tiche worked better for me than my mimic tear, and I ended up killing her using mainly Adula's Moonblade and Bloodhound step. You have to be really aggressive with her. Malenia is in my and many others opinion the hardest boss in the game. She requires an insane amount of precision and her life steal mechanic makes running shield builds almost impossible.
