I to had the red lightning bolt flashing I changed the throttle body as well as the pedal and I continued to have the same problem. my car was stuck in limp mode and I was unable to accelerate. As I pulled away the Nitro was bucking like crazy and kicking up a fuss. I pulled into an open area of the lot and turned it off, that was it, no power at all, dead as a doorknob. Code P2173. Like other drivers, it stalls when the lighting bolt light comes up and turning off and on the car resets the 2 lights and the car drives fine for a few miles.
