My best exfil streak is 11 (at least that's what is being displayed). After the whole dog tag classification thing, I have never reached the Damascus tag. So thought I will give it a try. I now am at 4 operators that are stuck on exfil streak progression. One at 5, one at 7, one at 4, and another at 0. ... and it doesn't seem to ever work to actually fix anything. It seems like every other day another operator gets stuck and never earns the perks from successful exfil. ... Had a 10 kill streak early on. lost it at some point and was bummed. Realized soon after while trying to rebuild that the perks didn't actually work and it was actually kinda freeing.
