The Scoutwright (useless) makes the armor lighter and the Temperwright (useless) makes the armor more durable. If you don't have a T4 armorer, but aren't scarce on resources, you can always make the armor and use it on a thrall guarding your base (or even dismantle it for a partial material refund) and then make it again when you get a T4.
