The security guards at the Westin told me THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME! Someone recommended I go up the block and rent from Fox's car rental. In was charged $420 for that rental. And I prepaid with NU $177, which I could not get back because even after calling every day, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. The whole operation is SCAM.
