For now, its not possible to to increase the part of how many level ups a tamed dino or player can have, only the wild dino level can be adjusted. The code to override amount of level-ups is not working on ASA. I see really many confuse the little details :D Max wild dino level is one thing.

Dinos levels are 1-30 then multiplied by the difficulty setting (default 5) and then multiplied by the difficulty offset (this goes 0 to 1 but most servers have this set to 1) So by default dinos levels go, 5,10,15,20 etc to 150.
