_{i've gotten megs back to back in the span of roughly 30 minutes more than once. Thats a meg another crew fleed from. the closest method to being able to "spawn" a meg is the shores of gold method. Thats one of the 2 ways a meg fleet works. Everybody parks in the red sea and every 90 minutes every boat drives out after another to spawn a meg.My friend who no life's this game still to this day, has not seen a shrouded ghost, he's telling me how rare they are, and that it's an insanely small chance to see it.
