Weather. So I am new to the area and with us being in a drought I've been trying to understand and follow the water rules from SAWS. I noticed that we have been under the 640 water level since early June but SAWS hasn't put us into Stage 3 even though it says that we should be once we have a 10 day average under 640.Unlike some areas already under Stage 3 restrictions, SAWS can boast varied sources of water for the city, keeping them in Stage 2 despite the Edwards Aquifer Authority putting the area in Stage 3.
