( follow the fuel lines ) I believe it has a drain, when this crappy fuel with ethanol sits and goes bad it accumulates in this reservoir. Drain the bad fuel, and pump the primer to re fill.

I launch for a day using a depth finder and GPS and starting three or four times, running the motor for long runs up the lake.
