Yeah basically it's just installing cream API as normal( just don't enter anything into the command launch line). The game I tried it with is one I own in steam but not the expansion packs. Also I forgot one other change I did, but I don't think it matters. In steam--go to game properties--compatibility--check the box for custom compatibility ...It technically can, nothing is foolproof. It's never happened tho. At absolute most you may get banned from the game in particular, or the game will detect CreamAPI and not launch.
