2019 chevy colorado temperature gauge not working.

I have a similar issue in a 2019 gmc canyon. Passenger running lights do not come on. This only happens on the rear assembly. The brake lights, turn signals and reverse all work. Cooling fans staying on after shutting engine off. I have a 2018 Silverado 1500 5.3L. The cooling fans just recently started staying on after I shut off the engine. The temperature gauge stays around 165 degrees, even while driving. The A/C also started blowing warm air. I don't see any coolant leaks and I replaced the coolant temperature sensor.
