Trying to defeat Photoshop Flowey without taking any damage at all, will prove to be near-impossible. The thing that makes the fight so easy, is the fact that you get constantly healed. At a certain point, you can pretty much outheal Flowey's attacks entirely. They couldn't make neutral/pacifist too hard, because that would put off casual players.
