Also, you still have higher compression, different ignition and cams than a S. This difference may not tolerate as lean of settings as a S model configuration! I have no problem helping but some people are lazy and refuse to help themselves. Case in point, stock jetting for the drz400S. Stock carburetor settings are the oem parts.

Reason I initially switched to the WR is because I hate carbs and do a lot of cold weather riding (sometimes down to 20° F). The WR starts one push of the button no matter what temp, elevation, or if it’s been dropped, whereas I had a lot of carb trouble with my old DRZ in the 3 years I’ve owned it.
