45 minutes on customer service call…. My card was hacked & had fraudulent charges. I submitted a dispute through Citibank’s app. I received a message saying I would be issued a new card. 2 weeks have gone by & no card & disputes still being investigated. Meanwhile, I can no longer view my transactions.
