Starting in 1968 the numbers went to 2 digits (68V) because they had used 8v already for the first year of production in 1958. So, your 69V is a 1969 gun.

It has the barrel address of Browning Arms Co. St. Louis, Mo. It clearly has the PV stamp on it, has the FN butt plate.Your serial number prefix "68Z" indicates a Light 20, NOT a Magnum 20. As for value, that's a crapshoot. More information and some additional good quality pictures would help in that quest. I believe that the Light 20 is highly desirable, much more so than the ubiquitous Light Twelve or Magnum Twelve and would command a premium price.
