As soon as Breezeline took over, my connection would randomly drop for hours at a time, everyday. That issue cleared up after about a month of unusable service. After that, their amplifier on my street went out of spec, sending too high of power to my modem, causing upload speeds to be 0, and another internet outage.

I have had wow and now breezeline for 5-6 years and have had maybe 2-3 days of internet issues, and those days were after major storms and were due to downed wires. Ask your neighbors and decide based on their recommendations, city wide everyone will have different experiences with different ISPs.
