So i recently built a new pc and before I wiped my hard drives i saved my CEMU folders to an external drive. I'd recommend doing a clean install of Cemu though, just to be save. There really aren't that many settings. it's because you used the save file that already had the maximum hearts/stamina. there is probably a separate value in the files that disables upgrading completely once you reached the maximum. just make a fresh save file and edit that instead. or just use the editor to manually give you the upgrade.
