The bullet pattern only spreads to a certain amount (stays like a twister) so with higher anarchy stacks it’s much easier to hit enemies. For building stacks, you want a Jakobs shotgun for the small magazine size. The best weapon is going to be the richochet Fibber. That + Close Enough + Anarchy will shred nearly anything, even without the madness that adding the Bee does to it. this is the base I recommend.
