I use CBBE 3BA. But it shouldn't matter. The only real issue with bodies are outfits not playing nice with Bodyslides of the other body type. You can wear UNP outfits, but you will get some clipping issues. Alternatively, there's also new UBE bodies. CBBE in LE is pretty outdated and BHUNP has a hell lot more polygons + more advanced physics.
