I have three grip modules for my p320 XCarry: the XCarry grip it came with, an xcompact, and a subcompact (md. with rail). I can swap the xca and xco grips easily by hand, the takedown lever pops out without much effort at all. The guide rod and spring had dropped down covering the take down lever hole. So, I got out a 1/16th inch punch and used it on the opposite side of the hole to just raise up the guide rod and spring and was able to insert the take down lever. And Viola. Back together again.When replacing it, look at the hole and note where the "flat" part is (make sure that the FCU is seated as far back and down as it will go). Put the lever back in with the flat side aligned with the flat part of the hole (which is really the front of the FCU). Wiggle it in and it should go without difficulty. Like.
