Her dialog hasn't changed. (which I found disappointing) I thought she might begin to enjoy the warmth of the sun on her skin for a change.

At any regard I'm fairly certain Serana is a late First Era vampire, predating Alessia. Actually Aleesia was early first era, she was the one that over threw the Ayleid Empire in the year 242 1E, the only Vampires that predate her would be the Likes of Lamae Bal and a few others, I heard somewhere that she was turned in 105 1E.
