I agree that the P0641 is likely the main cause of the vehicle entering limp mode. There is a common problem with the wiring harness that goes back to the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor to rub through on the front driveshaft causing this code. If this is the case, it could also be affecting the Fuel Level Sensor wiring causing the P0463.I’ve got an 09 Tahoe LTZ 4x4 with 216,000 miles.
