On average, I worked 30 hours per week, 5 days. For my former bakery,Fridays and Saturdays were the busiest (would do at least 7 hours shift). The rest of my days would be 4-6 hours. The job becomes repetitive after 2 weeks of working. Wow! How awesome that there's a Paris Baguette in North County. I loved the coffee shop vibes, the cleanliness of the place, and the amazing pastries they offered. There are many 2-4 person tables (indoor only)-- I saw many working on their laptops there. The line for the cashier moved fairly quickly (shout out to Remy!).

Paris Baguette locations are just randomly plucked all around the area. This one is connected to a supermarket and it was packed when we went. Pastries are plentiful and fresh. Love that they have an outdoor seating area that is covered as well. Can't go wrong with the pastries.

My office just moved to Birmingham and I stopped by yesterday, and was able to walk from there to Paris Baguette. They have a huge selection of cakes, pastries, and other goodies. Most started at $2.95 or $3.95, I believe, and the tiramisu cake slice was $6.95.
