Add yuzu to steam.
I was able to solve the problem by selecting or double clicking "recent folders" from the side bar. The recent folders showed up there, because I clicked on a game file in that folder to start it before. Someone else had this problem too, so I hope this helps. I'm on the main menu where it says "double click to add new folder to the game list."

i figured out a way to do it, inside of your EmuDeck\EmulationStation-DE\Emulators\citra folder, add another folder called nightly-mingw then put all of your contents of your citra folder in there. so it should look like this:C:\Users\USERNAME\EmuDeck\EmulationStation-DE\Emulators\citra ightly-mingwwith all of your files in the last folder.

Thank you. EmuDeck will include Yuzu in the emulators it installs, and yes, you can configure it the same as if you installed it on your own. I would recommend using Emudeck to install Yuzu, then replace the AppImage with the latest PineappleEA version.
It seems to register as a different controller when you switch from playing on PC to then playing it through Steam Link.
